Oct. 2004 and then two months later doctors suspected her husband Anthony had MS.
Saundra said her faith was being tested. She prayed to God in Heaven and ask for
guidence. Saundra ask the Lord to make Anthony\'s test negative. Then she prayed for
the Lord to give her a job to do to help her deal with her grief. Saundra loved to
write poetry but hadn\'t praticed in many years. She began writing down the poems God
placed in her heart. She began reading them in church, and soon her church family
and all her friends begin encouraging her to try and have them published. This is
when Saundra was introduced to a lady that already had a book published through
Publish America. She told Saundra how to submit her manuscript. Saundra got
everything ready and submitted the manuscript one day after her mom\'s birthday. Two
months later she received the letter telling her Material Things Don\'t Matter would
soon be published. Saundra gives God in Heaven all the praise and glory for the book
because He has provided her with the talent of being able to write. Saundra wants to
share the love of Jesus with everyone. Saundra says God has blessed her family so
greatly. Her husband got his results and they were negative it was not MS her family
received a miracle. They were given another great gift from God their daughter Laura
who is fourteen got baptized on Easter this past year. Saundra has another book that
will be published in two years titled Good News Jesus Loves You it is a book of
Christian poetry also. She is working on a childrens book also. Saundra got to read
Material Things Don\'t Matter to her Aunt Alice before Alice went home to be with the
Lord this month. Saundra said her Aunt Alice was one of her biggest supports and she
will miss her greatly. I will continue to write Saundra said in memory of my mom
Wilma and my Aunt Alice and because God in Heaven has a job I need to do.
